•Shape the technical direction and roadmap of Core Backend by building shared services, libraries, and developer tools
•Identify common challenges across teams and develop reusable solutions that improve developer productivity, system reliability, and security
•Design and evolve shared backend capabilities, including event-driven communication, application-level encryption, and sensitive data protection
•Develop internal engineering tools, including a Service Catalog, API Registry, SLO platform, and AI-assisted development tools
•Drive complex initiatives from discovery and design through implementation, rollout, and production validation, coordinating across engineers and teams
•Work with teams using the tools to understand their needs, support integrations and migrations, and guide improvements using feedback
•Work hands-on with Go, validate performance and failure scenarios, and build observability and recovery mechanisms into shared systems
•Raise engineering standards through architecture reviews, technical decisions, mentoring, and documentation that enables others to own and extend shared systems
Требования
•7+ years of backend engineering experience, including building and operating production systems at scale
•Strong Go experience and a track record of hands-on work in senior technical roles
•Deep expertise in distributed, high-load systems
•Proven ownership of complex initiatives from design through production, including architecture and technology decisions with lasting impact
•Strong understanding of quality, security, observability, and operational excellence
•Experience integrating third-party APIs and contributing to product development
•Ability to influence decisions across teams and explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders
•Experience mentoring engineers and raising technical standards across a team or organization
•Strong English and a proactive, autonomous approach to ambiguous problems
