Responsibilities
•Understand engineers' challenges and identify ways to improve their experience
•Contribute to the internal development platform by designing, implementing, and maintaining internal tools and systems
•Use the engineering platform to support agentic coding
•Help define development processes, frameworks, and best practices
Requirements
•5+ Years of backend experience with TypeScript
•2+ Years of experience implementing serverless, event-driven microservice architectures on AWS, including Lambda, SQS, SNS, and API Gateway
•Experience implementing pipelines with GitHub Actions
•Solid experience with automated testing strategies and paradigms
•An AI-first development mindset, ownership of production, a product-oriented mindset, and interest in using AI and agentic coding to accelerate the development lifecycle
•Motivation to help engineers become more productive and improve their experience
•Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
•Previous experience in Developer Experience or Platform Engineering
•Experience maintaining libraries and tooling
•Experience integrating AI into engineering stacks
