Responsibilities
•Write high-quality, performant code primarily in Go
•Implement new microservices and help manage the migration away from legacy services
•Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate abstract requirements into technical designs
•Keep systems responsive under heavy load by optimizing latency and reliability
Requirements
•6+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable backend services
•Strong engineering fundamentals; candidates can interview in their strongest language if they do not know Go
•In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
•Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
•Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher; comfortable debating technical trade-offs with peers
