Requirements

•3 to 5+ years as a backend engineer at a modern tech company

•Demonstrated ownership and care for work

•Enjoy working with customers and explain technical concepts to non-engineers

•Take feedback quickly and turn it into growth

•Show curiosity, ambition, and kindness
