Tasks

•Build new features and keep the platform fast, stable, and scalable

•Drive architecture decisions and build the resulting solutions

•Lead discussions with engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders to shape development, plan work, and identify dependencies

•Lead HubSpot development and assess its fit within the wider technology ecosystem

•Own the platform and influence its technical direction

•Mentor the team and help strengthen the platform

Requirements

•Expert-level NodeJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript

•Working knowledge of HubSpot

•Confidence with GitHub and GitHub Actions

•Hands-on Agentic AI experience

•Ability to lead and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders

•Strong system design and architecture skills

•Track record of mentoring other engineers
