Responsibilities
•Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with developers on automation solutions
•Manage automation projects globally across RPA, AI/ML, Power Automate, and Intelligent Document Processing platforms
•Conduct process analysis, identify automation opportunities, and create comprehensive documentation
•Lead stakeholder relationships, define business cases, and manage project risks across functions
•Support solution development through testing strategies, user acceptance testing, and business guidance
•Develop automation policies, standards, and maintain knowledge base for continuous improvement
Requirements
•Experience: 4-6 years in automation projects as business analyst, data scientist, or project manager
•Technical skills: Understanding of RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere preferred), Microsoft Power Platform, AI frameworks, and enterprise systems
•Process knowledge: Experience in Finance, HR, Procurement, or other business functions preferred
•Project management: Professional certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince2) and Agile/Scrum experience preferred
•Education: Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration degree preferred
•Languages: Fluent English required
Compensation
The salary range for this position is Ft15,680,000.00 - Ft23,520,000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
