Purpose of Position
Our Product Team is looking for a passionate and dedicated colleague to join them and build world-class products to move the performance marketing industry forward. In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external developers to build plugins, connectors and other integrations including with e-commerce and customer data platforms. You will support the product backlog management and ensure that our products meet customer needs and business objectives. This is an exciting role where you will build and maintain a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and industry trends. Задачи
•Collaborate with product managers to manage the backlog.
•Liaise between internal and external engineers, the UX team, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of product requirements.
•Monitor product performance metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision making.
•Partner with customer-facing teams to gather customer feedback and insights, and use that feedback to inform product development decisions.
•Identify opportunities with product peers to further add value to plugins and various platform integrations.
•Work with the Product Marketing team to communicate releases and drive adoption of existing and new products.
•Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the e-commerce, customer-data platform landscape, and industry trends to inform product strategy for platform integrations.

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
•First experience or curiosity about working in product development.
•Experience or high-level understanding of Ecommerce or similar platforms.
•Comfortable with web technologies.
•Data driven and possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders.
•Self-motivated, organised, capable of prioritising work and focusing on important tasks.
