Essential Responsibilities:
•Support the analysis, processing and structuring of data for the creation and automation of operational indicators and KPIs;
•Develop and support internal systems, workflows, APIs and automation solutions;
•Work on the maintenance and evolution of Business Intelligence tools, contributing to data-driven decision making;
•Model and automate business processes on BPMS platforms, in partnership with client areas;
•Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, proposing solutions for process optimization and waste elimination.
Required Qualifications:
•Currently studying Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related fields;
•Intermediate English (reading, writing and conversation);
•Previous experience in activities related to systems development, automation or digital transformation;
•Knowledge of data analysis, manipulation and processing for generating indicators and reports;
•Experience developing solutions using tools such as BI, BPMS, Python, SQL, VBA, Java, Smartsheet or similar technologies;
•Knowledge of databases and support for corporate applications.
