What you will do
•Own the process from ideation and research through production deployment.
•Join the Pricing or Matching team and solve high-impact problems such as dynamic pricing and bipartite matching.
•Collaborate with engineers, Data Scientists, designers, and product managers on ambiguous problems.
•Research, prototype, and deploy machine learning and optimisation models.
•Improve existing algorithms and identify opportunities for new ones.
Requirements
•Master's or PhD in Operations Research, Mathematics, Management Science, or a closely related field with a focus on optimisation.
•Strong foundation in mathematical optimisation or mathematical programming.
•Solid knowledge of probability, statistics, reinforcement learning, and causal inference.
•Excellent programming skills in Python and core machine learning tooling, including SQL and PyTorch.
•Ability to work from the Nicosia office four days per week.
Nice to have
•Experience with dynamic pricing, auction design, or marketplace matching problems.
•Publications in Q1 or A* journals or participation in NeurIPS and other conferences.
