Responsibilities
•Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions using LLMs and other machine learning technologies
•Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deliver impactful solutions
•Lead cross-functional teams building and deploying NLP and AI solutions, including AI assistants and AI automation platforms
•Set team goals, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with company goals
•Deliver measurable results for sophisticated products in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
•Manage the product roadmap, day-to-day operations, project execution, and risk assessment
•Collaborate cross-functionally from conception through launch and beyond, and communicate with senior management
Requirements
•Experience developing and launching AI products or features from scratch
•Strong analytical and technical skills, business sense, and problem-solving abilities
•Experience in data science or machine learning
•Experience owning machine learning projects from design through implementation and iteration
•Strong Python, SQL, or other programming language skills
•Hands-on experience with deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
•Knowledge of version control, model deployment, and developer environments
•Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
•Entrepreneurial drive
