About the role
You'll join the mobile platform team on a UK government app, working on the app and the services that support it. The team builds and maintains the common parts of the app, such as login. It also brings in key features built by other teams, and manages app releases. You're engaged through hedgehog lab, a digital product consultancy and certified B Corp, also Great Place to Work certified. For 20 years we've helped public and private sector organisations through digital transformation.

•When your code is ready, you'll put it up for review. You'll review other people's code too.
•Once a release is live, you'll keep an eye on Crashlytics. If something is crashing, you'll find out why and fix it.
•You'll work closely with the QA and backend engineers, and speak up early when you spot a technical risk.

•You must be eligible for SC clearance, which means you've lived in the UK continuously for the last 5 years.
Nice to have
•Ideally you'll already hold SC clearance.
