Mission
We are looking for an Analyst Developer to join the IT HR team as part of a strategic Oracle HCM Cloud integration project.
You will work on rebuilding the HR ecosystem currently connected to OHRMS. You will be responsible for your interfaces end to end: analysis of the existing system, design of the target solution, writing specifications, development, testing, coordination of contributors, production deployment and stabilization.
This position requires a strong dual competency in analysis/design and development, as well as the ability to understand functional, technical and overall architecture issues. You will work closely with the architecture, security, Talend, Control-M, DBA, Oracle HCM and business teams.
Proficiency in Oracle, PL/SQL and API technologies is essential. Autonomy, the ability to make proposals, synthesis skills, rigor and results orientation are essential to succeed in this role.
Main Tasks
•Understand the current functioning of interfaces with OHRMS: data flows, business rules, transformations and controls, dependencies, impacts related to replacing OHRMS with Oracle HCM, the conditions enabling parallel run and eventual decommissioning of OHRMS and other tools.
•Analyze functional needs and technical constraints, identify and propose relevant solutions within the Oracle HCM ecosystem, taking into account performance requirements, overall HR IS consistency and maintainability.
•Coordinate and communicate with various technical and functional contributors, track prerequisites and blocking points.
•Write and maintain functional and technical specifications for the interfaces, document flows and business rules, and share them with all technical contributors.
•Carry out development and participate in code review in the Oracle / PL/SQL environment, participate in implementing API-based integrations, all in compliance with development, security, performance and maintainability standards.
•Organize and execute unit tests, then integration tests with end-to-end flows (Ctrl-M / Talend), and finally UAT tests with the business. Document test results in Jira / XRay. Carry out corrections and perform regression tests.
•Prepare the deployment and proper functioning of the interfaces in production, sanity check, and participate in stabilizing the interfaces after go-live.
•Provide regular, proactive communication and reporting to the project team and contributors.
Profile Sought
•Higher education in computer science or an equivalent field.
•Proven experience in analysis, design and development of interfaces in IT projects or projects involving PL/SQL.

•Experience in complex environments involving multiple applications and contributing teams.
•Experience in the Human Resources domain or with Oracle HCM / OHRMS solutions is a plus.
•Languages: French, English.
Technical Skills
•Very good command of Oracle and PL/SQL, good knowledge of relational databases and data manipulation.
