Responsibilities
•Design and implement automated reporting solutions, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel (VBA), Power BI, and the Microsoft Power Platform to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
•Build and maintain management reporting packs, forecasts, capacity models, and data visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
•Lead data quality, data governance, and reconciliation initiatives, identifying and resolving reporting gaps while ensuring accurate, reliable, and auditable information.
•Provide Luxembourg-wide oversight of AML/KYC, FATCA, and CRS reporting, delivering consolidated management information, regulatory reporting support, and risk analytics to local management and Conducting Officers.
•Drive process improvement, automation, and AI initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable solutions and promoting innovation across reporting and operational processes.
Requirements
•Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•3-4 years of experience in management reporting, data analytics, business intelligence, or financial services environments.
•Proven experience in dashboard development, reporting automation, process improvement, and operational transformation.
•Strong technical skills in Excel (including VBA), Power BI, Power Platform, and SharePoint; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
•Fluent in English; French would be considered a strong asset.
