AI Program Enablement Lead

At Paves Technologies, we partner with banks, payment providers and fintechs to deliver complex technology and transformation programs. We're now looking for an experienced AI Program Enablement Lead to help drive an enterprise-wide AI transformation journey for one of our clients, a leading payments and financial technology organization based out of Dubai.
What you'll do
•Lead and drive the enterprise AI transformation agenda
•Establish and operationalize AI governance frameworks, operating models, policies and controls
•Partner with senior leaders across Business, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Data, Finance and HR to accelerate AI adoption
•Design and lead an AI Champions Program to build a strong enterprise AI community
•Drive AI communications, change management, training and workforce capability-building
•Manage enterprise AI platforms, vendor relationships, licensing, budgets, adoption metrics and performance monitoring
•Support executive governance forums and leadership decision-making through clear reporting and actionable insights
•Build strategic partnerships and innovation initiatives that strengthen AI capabilities and business outcomes
We're looking for
•Significant experience in AI transformation, digital transformation, strategy, innovation, technology governance or enterprise change
•Strong understanding of Generative AI, Responsible AI, AI governance, AI operating models and enterprise adoption
•Experience leading complex transformation programs across multiple business functions
•Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders
•Experience with governance frameworks, policies, risk management, controls and executive reporting
•Strong program management, change management and communication capabilities
•Experience within financial services, fintech, payments or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable
