About the Role
Gagua Clinic is looking for an experienced AI Integration & Automation Manager to identify, customize, and implement AI-powered solutions across the clinic's existing systems and workflows. The primary goal of this role is to reduce administrative workload, optimize operational processes, improve productivity, and accelerate reporting through the practical implementation of AI technologies.
Responsibilities
•Identify opportunities for AI implementation and process automation across the clinic
•Select, customize, and deploy AI tools, including LLM-based solutions and AI agents
•Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, including EMR, CRM, patient portal, SQL data warehouse, Power BI, and communication platforms
•Develop AI-powered workflows for reporting, administrative processes, patient follow-up, and internal operations
•Measure implementation outcomes and continuously improve solutions
•Train staff and support the successful adoption of AI tools and automated workflows
Requirements
•Proven hands-on experience implementing AI solutions and workflow automation in real business environments
•Strong understanding of LLMs, AI APIs, AI agents, and integration technologies
•Practical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, SQL, and data integration
•Experience with Python or JavaScript and automation platforms
•Ability to translate business needs into practical, effective technical solutions
•Understanding of data security, privacy, and access control principles
