Responsibilities
•Build and deploy scalable AI products using LLMs for Yuno's payment orchestration platform
•Develop and optimize prompts for use cases such as customer service, fraud prevention, and payment assistance
•Design, test, and iterate prompts to optimize AI model performance
•Analyze and refine model outputs using feedback loops and user interaction data
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into existing payment systems and workflows
•Ensure AI solutions interact seamlessly with Yuno's core services
•Track advancements in LLMs, prompt engineering, and related AI fields
•Experiment with emerging technologies to identify product innovation opportunities
•Use payment and user interaction data to fine-tune AI models and improve product performance
•Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and AI ethics best practices
Requirements
•Proven experience building and deploying products using LLMs such as GPT or similar models
•Expertise in designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for specific outcomes and use cases
•Strong experience with Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
•Expertise integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and third-party platforms
•Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS for semantic search and embedding retrieval
•Familiarity with speech-to-text and text-to-speech tools such as Whisper, AWS Polly, or Google Speech-to-Text
•Experience developing and deploying scalable AI systems in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
•Ability to develop AI-driven solutions for complex business challenges
•Fluent English
