Responsibilities
•Deliver AI and ML solutions that solve business problems and create measurable value for teams across DCS
•Own the journey from business problem to live product and continuously improve solutions after launch
•Choose the right approach for each business problem, including deterministic automation, Machine Learning, Applied AI, agentic systems, or a combination
•Shape how DCS builds and operates AI, including engineering principles, architecture, evaluation, observability, and production standards
•Build shared capabilities that help every team at DCS use AI faster and with more confidence
Requirements
•Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Applied AI, and Python, with solid software engineering fundamentals
•Practical experience across the ML/AI product lifecycle, from data and modelling to deployment and monitoring
•Solid understanding of modern AI engineering principles and design patterns, including LLMs and agentic AI
•Pragmatic judgment in choosing the right technical approach for each business problem
•Strong sense of ownership and clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
