Requirements
•Strong experience in backend development using modern software engineering practices
•Solid knowledge of distributed systems, REST APIs, asynchronous processing and event-driven architectures
•Experience building scalable cloud-native applications and microservices
•Ability to develop orchestration services connecting AI agents, business logic, enterprise APIs and human approvals
•Expertise in long-running workflows, persistent state management, retries and fault recovery
•Experience integrating enterprise applications through APIs, messaging platforms and event-based architectures
•Strong software design skills, with a focus on maintainability, resilience and reusable components
•Ability to develop services for retrieval, context assembly, tool execution and memory management
•Knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security and secure software development
•Experience implementing logging, metrics, tracing and telemetry for backend services
•Comfortable collaborating with AI engineers, platform engineers, data engineers, product managers and domain specialists
•Fluency in English

•Experience with AI-assisted development tools and engineering automation is a strong plus
