Задачи
•Support engagement teams in the financial statement close process (FSCP) by improving quality and timing of period-end closing process in the companies.
•Assist in transformation of financial statements from local standards to IFRS.
•Support the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations.
•Assist in preparation of corporate accounting policies.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including financial analysts, consultants, and senior advisors to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
Требования
•Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•Strong academic performance with a keen interest in accounting and finance.
•Minimum GPA – 3.5/4.33 or 3.3/4.0.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English (at least upper intermediate level of English and advanced level of Russian).
•Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team projects in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
Будет плюсом: Basic knowledge of IFRS would be an advantage.
