Accountant

Are you passionate about accounting, financial reporting, and working in an international environment? As an Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and reliable accounting operations across multiple countries. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external accounting providers, auditors, and advisors while supporting financial processes in a dynamic and global business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting activities performed by external accounting providers.
•Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and accounting records.
•Manage payments and banking transactions.
•Support invoicing and tax-related activities.
•Coordinate intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and invoicing processes.
•Perform and review month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
•Support audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance initiatives.
•Contribute to process improvements and strengthening of internal controls.
•Assist leadership with financial analysis and reporting activities.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related fields.
•Experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial operations, or related areas.
•Experience with reconciliations, financial closing activities, and compliance requirements.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
•English communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Exposure to international operations or multi-currency environments is a plus.
•Advanced English is essential, as this position involves frequent interaction with international teams and reporting to global leadership.

Work Model:
Hybrid work model. The frequency of office attendance will depend on the employee's place of residence and may be required once a week or once a month.
