Responsibilities
•Manage administrative tasks for our Amazon account, including Shipment Creation, inventory management, and customer support.
•Handle case management with Amazon support for issues such as shipping delays, product listings, and customer feedback resolution.
•Stay updated on Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and similar tools.
•Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•High sense of responsibility.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
•Fluent in English.
