About SolveAI
Most enterprise problems never get solved in software, because the person who understands the problem and the person who can build the fix are never the same person. SolveAI closes that gap.
Responsibilities
•Hunting. Own a target list of enterprise accounts in priority sectors and break into them. Self-source the majority of your pipeline - you don't wait for inbound, you go and create it.
•Full-cycle selling. Run deals end to end: discovery, building the business case, scoping alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers, commercials, procurement and close. You own the deal from first touch to signature.
•Multi-threading. Enterprise deals aren't won through one champion. Map the organisation, find the economic buyer, win over IT, security and procurement, and keep momentum when the deal gets complicated. We care about results, not methods.
•The sales engine. We run on Clay, Smartlead, Attio and a set of AI-assisted research and messaging workflows. They exist, they work and they are nowhere near finished. Where a tool or process is slowing you down, you have a mandate to rip it up and build something better. We'd rather you fix the system than tolerate it.
•Market intelligence. You're the closest person to every buying decision - every objection, every lost deal and every "actually, our real problem is..." or "how do you compare to tool Y?". Bring it back to the team. What's winning and what isn't directly shapes how we sell and what we build.
Requirements
•Grit. New business is mostly rejection and long cycles. You've had deals die at procurement, come back and you treat a stalled deal as a puzzle rather than a verdict. There's always another way in - we're trusting you to find it.
•Hunter instinct. You don't wait for warm leads or inherited accounts - you research, prospect and manufacture opportunities out of nothing. You know what a winnable deal looks like because you've found them, worked them and closed them.
•Curiosity. You want to understand the customer's actual problem before you pitch a thing. Your discovery is where deals are won, you ask sharper questions and you actually listen to the answers.
•Tech-savviness. You're AI-forward because it makes you a better seller, not because it's on-trend. You've built smarter workflows with tools like Clay and Attio or gone looking for them, because doing things manually when a better way exists drives you mad.
•Credibility in the room. You won't be the most technical person in the conversation but you'll never be lost in it. You can sit across from a COO or a Head of Smart Manufacturing, earn their trust and tie what we build to the problems keeping them up at night - and then ask for the business.
