Responsibilities
•Resolve client issues and requests, serving as a key point of contact
•Supervise tactical proposals generated by the planning team
•Coordinate with other teams on reports, proposals, and follow-ups
•Track campaigns and prepare the data needed for media planning
•Manage and prepare reports, ensuring accurate data use and information entry in tools
•Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities
Requirements
•At least 2 years of experience at a media agency
•Experience managing TV campaigns and preparing investment reports
•Knowledge of media planning and analysis tools such as Galileo, Kantar, and GFK
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel
•Basic knowledge of media planning and the advertising market
•Interest in professional development in account management
•A university degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
