What you will do
Acting as Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the supply and availability of products, ensuring an efficient operation of storage, inventories and distribution. You will lead operational teams, monitor key performance indicators and promote continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customer service, inventory accuracy and supply chain efficiency. Some responsibilities will be:
•Ensure the supply of products and parts to meet demand, maintaining inventory levels aligned with company policies.
•Guarantee the correct receipt, storage and movement of materials, controlling inputs, outputs and transfers.
•Manage the performance of logistics and e-commerce delivery operations, driving continuous improvements in service.
•Monitor and manage inventory indicators, ensuring high levels of accuracy and stock control.
•Lead the operational team, promoting continuous improvement and ensuring the availability of resources to meet the area's objectives.
Who you are
Requirements:
•University degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
•Previous experience in logistics positions and operations management.
•Knowledge of supply chain processes, including receiving, storage, supply and inventories.
•Experience in people management and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
•Handling of ERP systems (ideally SAP), intermediate Office, and intermediate English.
Where you will be
You will work at the Warehouse located in Pacheco, Buenos Aires, a distribution center for products in Argentina and PUB.
