We are looking for a professional who feels the style in video production, capable of dynamic editing and creating sales-driven video content. We need a specialist who knows how to frame a shot correctly, work with lighting, and capture the viewer's attention from the very first seconds of a clip.
Responsibilities
•Filming for commercial brands on location, indoors, and behind the scenes.
•Full post-production cycle: color grading, sound design, dynamic editing.
•Developing storyboards and visual concepts based on the strategist's brief (TOR).
•Creating advertising videos, Reels, Shorts, and image-building content.
Requirements
•At least 1.5 years of experience in commercial filming and editing.
•A portfolio/showreel with completed commercial work samples.
•Confident work with professional software and editing logic (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).
•A strong feel for framing, dynamics, and composition.
Conditions
•The company provides all necessary professional filming equipment and paid software subscriptions.
•Payment: salary for project volume + % / bonuses for quality creatives.
•Income: from 7,000,000 to 14,000,000+ UZS.
