As part of a newly created position, we are currently recruiting a VENDEUR PIECES AUTO ITINERANT (permanent contract - CDI) to work within our SPEED PARTS LILLE agency in Villeneuve d'Ascq (80% of the time), as well as to provide support to our other neighboring agencies when reinforcement is needed.
Home agency: Villeneuve d'Ascq (59).
Responsibilities
Reporting to our agency director, as a Traveling Auto Parts Salesperson you will handle the agency's commercial activity:
•Work in direct contact with customers (at the counter and/or by phone)
•Welcome the customer, identify their needs and advise them on products
•Search for requested parts in our databases
•Prepare quotes and issue invoices
•Handle customer returns and complaints
•Process orders, ensuring follow-up with a focus on customer satisfaction
•Regularly inform the sales representatives
•Prepare orders
In accordance with company policy, you will pay particular attention to product quality and customer satisfaction.
Profile
You have good knowledge of automotive spare parts and a successful first experience in a similar position.
You are recognized for your ability to adapt to tools, procedures, and working methods.
You have an ease with people and a taste for sales. You show rigor and responsiveness and are ready to invest yourself.
