Задачи (Responsibilities)
•You will create landing pages and sales emails based on insights from previous campaigns.
•You will prepare solutions to support the design and development of individual customer journeys in service and sales processes.
•You will conduct discover-phase micro-projects — UX audits, competitor analysis, UJM, etc.
•You will research trends and look for solutions in the areas of new technologies.
•Together with the team, you will optimize the solutions developed based on insights from A/B tests and user research.
•You will work closely with the implementation team (project briefing and sign-off).
•You will ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects.
Требования (Requirements)
•You have initial experience in UI/UX.
•You are proficient in web design tools: Figma, Photoshop.
•You have knowledge of digital marketing, with a particular focus on eCommerce and UX.
•You can plan and coordinate projects.
•You can easily connect with clients and build long-term relationships with them.

•You know additional tools that support design and work on user experience.
•You can support UX optimization processes based on data and tests.
•You are proactive in looking for solutions and trends in digital marketing.
•You have experience working in an eCommerce environment or on UX/UI projects.

Условия (Conditions)
•Employment under an employment contract — the first contract is signed for a probationary period.
