•Craft a specific area of the player experience from requirements gathering to polished Figma prototypes
•Lead and oversee the output of a small team of UX/UI designers
•Participate in user research, iteration, and feedback processes
•Ensure user experiences are intuitive, engaging, and compelling
•Collaborate with UX/UI, Research, and Product professionals to achieve user-centric results
•Prioritise workloads for yourself and others
•Solve problems and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality control
•Explore how AI can support workflow and enhance player experiences
•Challenge the norm with clients and within the team
•Communicate and present ideas clearly and persuasively
•Manage time and projects to deliver work on schedule
•Assist with delivery when needed
