You will have a strong technical accounting and financial reporting background, together with experience of leading large, multidisciplinary teams within a complex, multi-site organisation. You will also bring proven experience of strengthening governance and compliance, leading finance transformation or process-improvement programmes, and influencing senior stakeholders. A strong understanding of ERP systems and finance technology is essential.
Experience within engineering, infrastructure, construction, consultancy or professional services would be advantageous. Experience of shared service centre transformation, UK and Irish statutory reporting, acquisitions or integrations, and Oracle or a similar enterprise finance platform would also be beneficial.
