Responsibilities
•Design and optimize user interfaces and user journeys across multiple websites, including AIBC, AGS, and related platforms
•Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to maintain visual consistency and implement website updates on time
•Translate business and marketing requirements into intuitive digital experiences
•Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for new features and improvements
•Ensure responsive design and seamless UX across desktop and mobile platforms
•Align priorities and deliverables with management and stakeholders
•Support website improvements, campaign launches, and landing page updates
•Help maintain and evolve design systems and UI standards
•Coordinate with distributed UX team members across offices to ensure operational continuity and coverage
Requirements
•3+ Years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment
•A strong portfolio demonstrating website design and user journey optimization
•Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools
•Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
•Ability to collaborate with graphic designers, developers, and marketing teams
•Strong communication skills and ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders
•Fluent in English
