Responsibilities
•Help define the future of the studio's digital output
•Shape experiences across technology, healthcare, wellness, and automotive
•Set visual design direction and deliver work across multiple platforms, including multimodal AI experiences, UI, motion design, and 3D prototypes
•Own creative output
•Guide more junior designers and influence the studio's evolution
Requirements
•Experience delivering high-impact work in a fast-paced creative agency environment across a range of industries
•Ability to articulate the thinking behind design work to clients, teams, and users
•Proficiency with AI tools and their thoughtful integration into the workflow
•Understanding of 3D and motion design
•Strong creative thinking and technological curiosity
•Strong typography, hierarchy, layout, interaction, and visual execution skills
•Adaptability and passion for creative work
