The Opportunity
We are strengthening our team and looking for a Junior Tester / Functional Analyst, with 1 to 2 years of professional experience, to join application development and maintenance projects.
Main Responsibilities
•Gathering, analysis, and documentation of functional requirements;
•Preparation and execution of test plans and test cases;
•Validation of functionalities and support for acceptance testing;
•Identification, logging, and tracking of defects;
•Collaboration with development, business, and quality teams to ensure compliance with defined requirements.
Desired Profile
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM areas (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics);
•Professional experience between 1 and 2 years in functional analysis and/or application testing roles;
•Knowledge in preparing functional documentation, test plans, and test evidence;
•Analytical capacity and attention to detail;
•Good communication and interpersonal skills;
•Good level of English, written and spoken.
Valued Factors
•ISTQB certification;
•Training or certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile Fundamentals, or equivalent);
•Experience in Agile environments.
