Your Impact & Responsibilities
•Plan, set up, and launch performance campaigns directly in Telegram Ads.
•Continuously track stats, test creatives/bids, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and scale spend.
•Conduct deep competitor analysis and research niche Telegram channels to find high-converting traffic sources.
•Work with Telegram analytics platforms (TGStat, Telemetr, Telepars, Channel Base) to identify top-performing placements.
•Prepare clear, data-backed performance reports for internal teams and clients.
What You Bring
•Proven track record of managing paid ad campaigns directly inside Telegram Ads.
•Deep understanding of paid and organic growth mechanisms across Telegram channels.
•Experience using ad spy and monitoring tools (Telegium, Telemetrio, etc.).
•Proficiency with performance tracking tools like Keitaro, Chatterfy, and Google Analytics.
•Strong analytical skills with Excel / Google Sheets for fast data crunching.
•Intermediate (B1) English for communication and reporting.
