What you will do
•Manage technical and project teams for telecom and enterprise projects, including task assignment, engineering delivery plans, and human resource plans.
•Coordinate account, legal, finance, technical teams, and customers to keep projects on track.
•Manage network maintenance tasks and provide technical support to customers in the relevant domain.
•Support network and space development, system acceptance test criteria, and performance applications.
•Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting, support onsite engineers and end users during installation, and perform basic data network equipment configuration.
•Capture initial customer requirements through email and phone communication.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer, or Electronics Engineering.
•At least 3 years of technical experience in telecom or enterprise environments, including data communication/IP networking, wireless, core network, optical network, digital power, or IT infrastructure.
•Experience in project management, technical team leadership, customer management, and project delivery.
•Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to new challenges.
•Excellent communication, documentation, reporting, and problem-troubleshooting skills.
•Ability to self-study new topics and enhance professional experience.
•Fluency in spoken and written Russian and English.
•Customer-oriented approach.
Nice to have
•Professional project management certification or network technology certification such as CCNA or HCIA.
