About the Role
The Technical Solutions Architect will provide technical and domain leadership by working closely with RedHat and senior Arrow staff in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, and support modernizing data center solutions for partners and customers. They will also support the sales and vendor teams with data center pre-sales technical and technology activities across the data center portfolio of products and services offered by Arrow. The activities will support Arrow partners, SI's, MSP's and Resellers in both a technical and commercial capacity.
They will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars and providing technical advice and support for customers, including on-site installations.
Day to Day Duties
•Provide technical knowledge and expertise to the customers on RedHat/OpenShift.
•Advise clients transitioning to cloud-based and managed Datacentre services.
•Serve as subject matter expert for modern Datacentre platform capabilities.
•Support the commercial team in the development, construction of offers to the clients.
•Interact with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy.
•Validate and work on NetApp configurations to support the business.
•Deliver training/workshops/webinars/solution presentations to partners, also at vendor events and industry events.
•Create PoC (proof of concepts) within the real customer's environment.

•Fluency in English required. French OR Dutch proficiency is highly appreciated.
