About the Role
We have partnered with a specialist sports betting technology company. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the CTO, you'll lead the technical delivery of the product roadmap, from first specification through to live delivery with clients. It's a hands-on leadership role at the centre of the technical teams, and you'll be the bridge between them and the clients.
Responsibilities
•Turn roadmap priorities into clear specifications and lead delivery day to day
•Guide data engineering and data science teams, holding them to scope, quality and deadlines
•Prototype new features yourself using code and AI
•Lead client handover, onboarding and go-live
•Run a structured client feedback loop that shapes the roadmap
Requirements
•4+ years in product management or delivery, taking products from build to client
•Sports betting experience (essential)
•A track record of shipping B2B or data-driven products
•Hands-on coding, ideally Python, and comfortable with SQL
•Proven use of AI to build and prototype
•Confident, direct and calm under pressure, credible with both engineers and clients
Nice to Have
•Trading, sports data or financial markets experience
•Knowledge of football markets or bet builder products
