Responsibilities:
We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team in Brno, focusing on blue-collar recruitment and the related administrative agenda. If you enjoy working with people, have recruitment experience, and speak English, let us know — we'd be happy to get in touch with you. This is a part-time role (50%). The work model for the role is: onsite.
•Ensuring a stable pipeline of candidates for production roles based on business needs
•Creating job advertisements, selecting the most effective sourcing channels, and handling related administrative tasks
•Communicating with line managers and HRBPs on recruitment topics
•HR marketing, cooperation with technical secondary schools, participation in school events, and organizing site tours for elementary and secondary schools within the ABB factory
•Monitoring HR trends and proposing and implementing improvements
•Preparing and signing employment contracts for new hires
•Supporting the implementation of new processes, projects, and initiatives
Requirements:
•Secondary school education with a school-leaving exam
•English at at least level A2
•Czech or Slovak at a native level
•At least 1 year of experience in recruitment within a manufacturing environment
•Knowledge of the Czech labor market and basic understanding of labor law
•Dynamic and decisive personality with a proactive approach
•Resilience, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with people
•Knowledge of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Experience with Workday is an advantage
