Responsibilities
•Maintaining network operations, installing, configuring, and servicing operating systems (Windows, Mac, *nix) and user software
•Managing online services, including creating user accounts, email management, assigning access rights, tracking and managing subscriptions and payments
•Coordinating with third-party technical support services
•Providing technical support to users
•Administering Google Workspace
•Monitoring task deadlines using Jira and Slack
•Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, with a proactive and investigative approach
•Documenting all technical procedures and incidents
•Assisting senior colleagues with complex projects and tasks
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator
•Experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS (configuration, monitoring, service management)
•Experience with administering Google Workspace
•Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude) for workflow optimization
•Experience with any cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud)
•Experience with Docker and containerization basics
•Experience with backup systems
•Desire for professional growth
•Self-reliance, responsibility, and multitasking ability
•English B2
