About the role
Can you quickly grasp complex topics, structure them strategically, and communicate persuasively at management level? Are you good at bringing different stakeholders together, deriving clear decisions from discussions, and then consistently implementing them? Then we are looking for you. At FALKRAFT, we work with large companies on strategically relevant questions around new markets, technologies, and transformation, including in the areas of energy, data centers, and AI.
Tasks
You support us on challenging strategy and transformation projects for large companies, from developing strategic options to concrete implementation. In doing so, you work closely with management, business units, and technical experts at our clients.
•Strategy development: You analyze complex questions, develop strategic options, and translate them into concrete areas for action, roadmaps, and decisions.
•Stakeholder management: You work with different business units and management levels, coordinate interests, and actively drive decisions forward.
•Executive communication: You develop clear storylines and high-quality management and board presentations, and communicate complex content clearly and concisely.
•Transformation and implementation: You translate strategic target visions into concrete measures and support their implementation.
•Project management: You structure projects and workstreams, prepare workshops and management meetings, and coordinate activities, responsibilities, and decisions.
•New technologies and AI: You bring a good understanding of current technological developments and can apply the possibilities of generative AI, AI agents, and automation to concrete business processes and use cases.
•Hands-on delivery: You do not work only conceptually; you also get hands-on and deliver reliable results quickly.
Requirements
•Experience in strategy development, transformation, project management, or management consulting
•Very strong communication and presentation skills
•Fluent German and very good English
•Very strong stakeholder management skills, including in complex corporate structures
•Very strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, particularly for management and board presentations
•Experience with AI / generative AI in a corporate context, as well as a good understanding of AI agents and AI-based automation
•The ability to quickly grasp complex and sometimes unstructured topics, structure them, and reduce them to what matters most
•A fast, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach to work—you move topics quickly from idea to implementation
•A high degree of personal responsibility and the ability to drive topics forward independently
It matters less to us whether your previous job title matches this role exactly. What matters is the combination of strategic thinking, strong communication, structuring skills, and speed of execution. You should feel confident both in conversations with technical experts and in management and board meetings. You quickly turn complex discussions into a clear storyline, a reliable basis for decisions, and concrete next steps. You are not purely a conceptual thinker: you enjoy actually implementing things and achieving visible results.

Conditions
You work closely with decision-makers, take on responsibility early, and have the opportunity to help shape topics from the initial strategic question through to implementation. We work in small teams, with short decision-making paths, a high degree of personal responsibility, and a fast pace. Permanent employment is also possible. An earliest possible start is important!
