Main Mission
Supporting the production team, you will participate in managing operational performance and deploying digital monitoring tools (MES). You will play a key role in analyzing field data and structuring planning tools to help reduce losses and optimize processes.
Responsibilities
•Scheduling and Planning: Active participation in creating a daily production monitoring tool to optimize line management and scheduling.
•Performance Analysis: Track daily production indicators (KPIs) and analyze gaps between planned and actual production.
•Issue Management: Identify root causes of stoppages or productivity losses (leakages) and propose improvement ideas.
•MES Deployment: Actively participate in the implementation of the new management tool: data collection, testing, and support for field teams.
•Reporting: Create and update summary dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
•Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with methods and maintenance teams to improve the reliability of production processes.
Desired Profile
•Education: Student in industrial engineering, operations management, or logistics.
•Technical Skills: Very good command of Excel. Strong interest in data analysis and industrial management systems (ERP/MES).
•Personal Qualities: Curiosity, analytical mindset, rigor, and interpersonal ease to communicate with field teams.
•Assets: Prior experience or internship in a manufacturing environment.
