•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

•Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations to optimize platform functionality
•Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow platform including troubleshooting and issue resolution
•Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of ServiceNow solutions
•Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement
