Задачи:
•Manage the rental processes for commercial (as well as office) real estate
•Find potential clients and build long-term relationships with them
•Show and present properties for rent
•Conduct negotiations and participate in drawing up contracts
•Research and analyze the real estate market
Требования:
•Effective communication and negotiation skills
•High level of responsibility and organizational skills
•Knowledge of English (Russian is also preferred)
•Basic knowledge of computer programs
