Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing company specializing in GPU computing and cloud infrastructure, serving enterprise clients running demanding AI and computing workloads. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of enterprise client relationships, from presales through onboarding and throughout production use. You will work closely with clients, account managers, and product and infrastructure teams to help clients successfully deploy, run, and scale their workloads.
Задачи
•Lead enterprise client onboarding: manage access, networking, storage, server handover, and initial workloads through to production.
•Be the first technical point of contact for enterprise clients: understand and diagnose issues before escalating them to SRE or engineering if necessary.
•Track technical incidents through to resolution: provide context to internal teams, coordinate communication, and ensure issues are properly closed.
•Support presales activities: lead technical discovery, solution design, sizing, demonstrations, and POCs alongside the sales team.
•Design and run POCs with clear technical success criteria, and help clients move from evaluation to production.
•Debug client workloads hands-on, including inference and multi-GPU workloads, working directly with client engineering teams.
•Proactively monitor account health: identify technical risks, communicate about incidents and RCAs, track availability, and detect potential issues before they become blockers.
•Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, SRE, and Engineering to translate client needs into effective technical solutions.
•Improve the enterprise client experience by identifying recurring technical issues and creating better onboarding and operations processes.
Требования
•5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing technical role.
•Experience with cloud infrastructure, GPU infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or enterprise computing.
•Strong practical knowledge of Linux.
•Strong practical knowledge of virtual machines.
•Strong practical knowledge of Kubernetes.
•Strong practical knowledge of networking.
•Strong practical knowledge of storage.
•Strong practical knowledge of NVIDIA GPUs.
•Ability to diagnose complex infrastructure and AI workload issues alongside experienced client-side engineers.
•Experience delivering technical demonstrations, POCs, implementations, or enterprise deployments.
•Strong understanding of production infrastructure and the ability to distinguish client-side issues from those belonging to SRE or engineering.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Highly proactive and autonomous: you know how to identify what needs to be done next without waiting for instructions.
•A strong sense of ownership: you follow issues through to resolution instead of simply passing them to another team.
•Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where processes are still being built.
•Fluent English is ESSENTIAL.
