Responsibilities
•Partner with the Sales team to present Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
•Own technical customer engagements and help close complex opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical expertise, and credibility
•Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
•Communicate customer and internal feedback on products and the competitive landscape
•Drive product conversations based on customers' needs and problems
•Enhance documentation and create blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles, and other enablement materials
Requirements
•At least 5 years of technical pre-sales experience
•Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills; openness to varied and complex assignments
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with remote-first teams and worldwide customers, and for articulating product value and technical advantages
•Enjoy solving technical challenges and developing creative customer solutions
•Technical mindset and desire to grow technically
•Must be located in the United Kingdom
Nice to have
•Experience with open-source technologies or metrics and monitoring; experience with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC
Conditions
•OTE compensation range in the UK: EUR 110,000 - EUR 134,000
•Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
•Global annual leave policy of 30 days per annum, including 3 Grafana Shutdown Days, subject to local legislation
