About the Role
You will build feedback, evaluation, memory, signal, and decisioning systems for long-running agents. You will design agents across multiple channels, turn early solutions into reusable platform capabilities, and work with customers on complex business problems.
Requirements
•Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
•Platform and systems engineering fundamentals
•Ability to move between customer problems, product design, and implementation
•Technical judgment in ambiguous environments
•At least two years of professional software engineering experience
•Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go and React
Responsibilities
•Build feedback loops, evaluation systems, memory, signals, and decisioning infrastructure
•Design and ship long-horizon agents across voice, SMS, email, and other channels
•Build reusable systems, abstractions, and tools
•Solve orchestration, integration, data, observability, and engagement problems
•Shape product architecture and roadmap through implementation
•Translate validated solutions into durable product capabilities
