Задачи
•You manage campaigns from pitch to report for brands everyone knows.
•You keep everything on track between clients, the creative team, and external partners.
•Budgets, timelines, and last-minute changes: you make sure everything runs smoothly before it doesn't.
•TikTok, Reels, and Shorts are your home turf, but you can also explain to a board why this particular format is the right choice.
•Our creative team has your back, but you make the final creative decision.
•You think beyond individual campaigns and recognize where we can do even more for our clients.
•You build long-term relationships, understand our clients' goals, and develop new ideas and projects based on them.
•If you see potential for additional services, you proactively bring it up and develop it further together with the client.
•You also have a good sense of where we can add value for new clients. You don't have to be a traditional sales type, but you should be keen to take responsibility for client relationships and grow together with them and us.
•You independently develop and implement social media strategies and influencer collaborations, always thinking about the next step.
•Our clients expect transparency and expertise. You deliver both clearly and confidently, and remain convincing even when things get tight.
•You turn campaign data into clear reports with concrete recommendations, not just pretty slides.
•Regular shoots take you to locations across the DACH region and beyond. Your home base remains Berlin.

•Excellent organizational skills: you never lose track, even when managing several projects at once.
•You have agency experience.
•Personal responsibility and proactivity: you don't wait for tasks; you find them.
•Strong communication skills: clear, professional, and convincing, even under pressure.
•Flexibility and composure when plans change unexpectedly or requests come in at short notice.
•A genuine feel for social media, storytelling, and video quality.
•Reliability that your team and clients can count on.
•German at C2 level and confident spoken and written English.
