About the Role
We sell well-known Korean cosmetics brands on marketplaces in Uzbekistan: Uzum Market, Wildberries, Yandex Market, and Ozon. We need an SMM manager to manage our brands' Instagram profiles. The goal is not to gain followers, but to increase marketplace sales.
Задачи
•Create a weekly content plan, product posts, and carousels; write copy in Uzbek and Russian.
•Create daily stories and several reels per week: unboxing products, how to use them, results, and customer reviews.
•Photograph products in the office using a phone; edit videos and add subtitles and text (CapCut, Canva).
•Reply to direct messages and comments, resolve questions, and direct customers to product listings on the marketplaces.
•Work with advertising and bloggers; measure results: reach, saves, profile visits, and clicks to the marketplaces.
Требования
•At least 1 year of experience managing Instagram accounts.
•A portfolio is REQUIRED: links to accounts you have managed.
•Ability to film and edit reels.
•Ability to write in Uzbek and Russian.
•Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
Будет плюсом: Experience in cosmetics or the beauty industry is an advantage.
Условия
•Monthly salary of 5,000,000–7,000,000 soums, depending on experience.
•Work in the office (not remotely), 6 days a week, 9:00–18:00.
•Products, a filming location, and design templates will be provided.
•You will work together with a designer.
