We're hiring a brilliant SMM Creator / Mobilographer to bring fresh ideas, shoot high-quality visual content, and manage social media channels for our brand portfolio!

Responsibilities
•End-to-End Content Creation: Independently brainstorm creative concepts, write short scripts, film, edit, and publish engaging video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and mobile photo content.
•Multi-Project Management: Simultaneously handle SMM content production and publishing for multiple client accounts while ensuring brand consistency and meeting editorial calendars.
•Trend Sourcing: Proactively research market trends, viral formats, platform updates, and pop culture moments to generate fresh content ideas tailored to each brand.
•Collaboration & Optimization: Work closely with SMM strategists and performance marketers to analyze content performance and optimize future creative output based on engagement metrics.
•Community Engagement & Publishing: Oversee scheduled publishing, caption writing, and active management of social media channels.
Requirements
•Equipment Requirement: Must own an iPhone 16 or newer (with high camera capabilities suitable for professional mobile video production and editing).
•Proven Experience: Demonstrable track record in mobile video shooting, editing, and content creation (preferably within an agency or managing multiple brands).
•Technical Skills: High proficiency in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN) and visual tools (Lightroom Mobile, Canva, Photoshop/Lightroom desktop knowledge is a plus).
•Creative Autonomy: A strong self-starter who can take full ownership of the process—from ideation and shooting on-location to post-production and posting.
•Social Media Native: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts algorithms, trends, sound dynamics, and audience engagement drivers.
•Organizational Skills: Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple client deadlines and on-site shootings efficiently.
