Responsibilities
•Maintain and deepen cooperative relationships with existing dealers and channel partners
•Promote secondary network development and standardised brand image implementation
•Identify channel weaknesses and formulate/execute improvement strategies
•Continuously track Kazakh agricultural machinery policies, industry trends, product developments, and competitor movements
•Monitor competitors' tactical actions and develop localised competitive strategies
•Support headquarters and dealers in brand promotion, new media operations (Telegram/YouTube/Instagram, etc.), offline exhibitions and demo events
•Plan and execute localised marketing activities to enhance LOVOL's brand presence
•Support key projects including joint ventures, local assembly, and service network development
•Assist headquarters in establishing efficient communication mechanisms with local governments, industry associations, and key accounts
Requirements
•Minimum 3 years of experience in the agricultural machinery sector in the Kazakh market (sales, marketing, channel, after-sales, or related fields)
•Deep understanding of Kazakhstan's agricultural machinery market landscape, customer needs, regulatory environment, and competitive ecosystem
•Language proficiency: both Russian and English can be used as working languages
•Comprehensive qualities: logical thinking, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to travel independently, down-to-earth work ethic, and adaptability to flexible working arrangements
