About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Staff Product Designer for Core at Apartment List! This is a pretty special opportunity to help shape the future of a product used by renters across the US, tackling big, ambiguous problems and turning ideas into real things. Not just great designs in Figma, but working prototypes built with tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
We've got an incredible design team, ambitious plans, and a lot of fun things in motion as we rethink how we design and build products in the age of AI.

We're looking for someone with serious craft, a curious mind, strong opinions (loosely held!), and the initiative to make things happen without waiting for permission.
